Metnase blocks the inhibitory effect of adriamycin on Topo IIα decatenation of kDNA.
kDNA was incubated with varying amounts of Topo IIα (lanes 1–4), Topo IIα and adriamycin (lane 5), Metnase alone (lane 6), Metnase and adriamycin (lane 7), or Topo IIα and Metnase (lane 8).
