The measurement data (points) and numerical simulation results (solid lines) at the point of maximum heating (z = 20 mm) for the assumed thermal conductivity of the beef liver varied between 0.48 W/(m·°C) and 0.52 W/(m·°C) with an increment of 0.01 W/(m·°C).
