B. Enzymatic activity of wild-type TvCE was measured across a range of [γ-32P]ATP (filled circle) and [γ-32P]GTP (filled square) concentration for comparison of relative substrate affinity. Products were resolved on TLC plates and quantified by liquid scintillation counting.
