PPM-2 localizes to the presynaptic terminal.
(A) PPM-2::GFP was transgenically expressed in the GABAergic motor neurons using a cell specific promoter (Punc-25). Epifluorescent microscopy was used to visualize PPM-2::GFP puncta in the dorsal and ventral cords. (B) Transgenic worms expressing PPM-2::GFP and SNB-1::dsRED in the GABAergic motor neurons were analyzed by confocal microscopy. Shown are the presynaptic terminals of the DD neurons on the dorsal side of the animal. Scale bar is 10 µm.
