Is Sporothrix chilensis circulating outside Chile?

Evolutionary relationships of 18 taxa.
The evolutionary history was inferred using the Maximum Parsimony method. Tree #1 out of 107 most parsimonious trees (length = 53) is shown. The consistency index is 0.905660 (0.871795), the retention index is 0.962963 (0.962963), and the composite index is 0.872117 (0.839506) for all sites and parsimony-informative sites (in parentheses). The MP tree was obtained using the Close-Neighbor-Interchange algorithm with search level 2 in which the initial trees were obtained with the random addition of sequences (10 replicates). The tree is drawn to scale, with branch lengths calculated using the average pathway method and are in the units of the number of changes over the whole sequence. The codon positions included were 1st+2nd+3rd+Noncoding. All positions containing gaps and missing data were eliminated from the dataset (Complete Deletion option). There were a total of 175 positions in the final dataset, out of which 24 were parsimony informative. Phylogenetic analyses were conducted in MEGA4.
