Below, the graph represents Bcl-2 flow cytometric data ±SEM for one of two independent experiments using n = 4 mice/group. Similar results were found in both experiments. Pancreatic lymph nodes of NOD mice with an average age of 13-weeks and age-matched IL-21R KO NOD mice were analyzed.
