The Pinus taeda BAC library is three times larger than the second largest library. Bar colors represent the center/institute at which the library was made – red represents the Arizona Genomics Institute (AGI; www.genome.arizona.edu), blue the Children's Hospital of Oakland (CHORI; http://bacpac.chori.org), purple the Clemson University Genomics Institute (CUGI; www.genome.clemson.edu), and green the Mississippi Genome Exploration Laboratory (MGEL; www.mgel.msstate.edu).
