Comparative analysis of WNV and USUV infection and cytophatology in Vero cells.
(A) Growth curve of WNV and USUV. Cells were infected (MOI of 0.1 PFU/cell) and supernatant virus yield was determined at different times p.i. (B) Cells were infected as in (A), fixed and processed for immunofluorescence and confocal microscopy at 48 h p.i.
