Continuous fascicular lesions.

Lesions in one individual fascicle of both ulnar nerve and median nerve at upper arm level extending over a distance of at least 10 cm. [A] shows a T2-w proximal cross-section, [B] is at mid upper arm, [C] at a more distal position few cm above the elbow. Lower left magnifications show the ulnar nerve, upper right magnifications the median nerve. Fascicular nerve lesions (arrowheads) appear within the nerve, concomitant vessels (v) are adjacent to the nerve.
