Percentiles for each group are plotted for maximum values of ulnar nerve-to-muscle signal intensity ratios at upper arm level. Dotted line indicates the most conservative cut-off value of 1.92 which completely excludes false-positives. The lowest value for the group with atypical proximal lesion corresponds to the case shown in figure 3.
