A simulation study has been performed with 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 SNPs (SNP subset). They are picked up randomly from a dataset of 1804 SNPs of 635 individuals. The error bar shows the variations resulting from 1000 simulations.
