Dose Response: effect of nobiletin on LPS induced IL-6 release from term human fetal membranes.

Fetal membranes were incubated with or without 10 µg/mL of LPS in the absence or presence of 50, 100, or 200 µM of nobiletin (n = 6 patients per group). IL-6 concentration in the conditioned media was assayed using ELISA. Each bar shows the mean ± SEM. *P<0.05 vs. LPS (one way ANOVA).
