Human myometrium was incubated with or without 10 µg/mL of LPS in the absence or presence 200 µM of nobiletin for 20 h (n = 6 patients per group). (A) COX-2 mRNA expression was analysed by qRT-PCR and normalised to GAPDH mRNA expression.
