This figure shows the connected components of the PKC (protein kinase C) at different thresholds. Each set stands for a connected component obtained by the adjacency matrix filtered by a certain threshold (Tc = cAmax, c∈[0,1]). Components with higher thresholds are included with components with lower thresholds. Each PKC is labeled by a unique integer between 1 and 124, corresponding to the protein index as referenced in [10]. Different PKC families are highlighted by different colors: aPKC (blue), cPKC (green), nPKC (red), PKC1 (purple), PRK (pink), PKCμ (orange). A detailed description of the PKCs can be found in the supplementary materials of [10].
