Trematode morphotypes: Metagonimoides oregonensis (META); virgulate (VIRG); cotylomicrocercous type (COTYL); Sanguinicola sp. (SANG); and monostome type (MONO). In the within-network study (b) virgulate infections were categorized as small virgulate (SVIRG) and large virgulate (LVIRG).
